Michael comes to Red Tail Golf Club after 7 years in the Food & Beverage department at The Ranch Golf Club in Southwick Ma. The Ranch Golf Club was named # 1 Public Golf Course in Western Massachusetts in 2008 with an extensive dining menu dedicated to any palate. Michael's experience also includes many years of service with Marriott Hotels and Twin Hills Country Club, a private country club in Longmeadow Ma.
Michael is a native of Springfield Ma. where he attended Cathedral High School, Holyoke Community College, and received his Associates Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from UMass Lowell. Michael also enjoys watching and playing sports.
Michael is excited to be chosen as the Food & Beverage Manager at Red Tail Golf Club for the 2009 golf season, and he is looking forward to making special changes and upgrades to the menu. His goal is to entice new businesses to enjoy the dining experiences at the club, and to make the Food & Beverage department one of the best in the state. We welcome Michael to the Red Tail Golf Club staff and we all look forward to his expertise.
